[WTA] 2600k temps seems high? or is it not.

Hi guys, just built my rig recently,
2600k stock(no oc), with noctua dh14 , ic diamond tim, 6990

my idle temps are min 28-38deg
vcore 0.74 to 1.19v
prime 95 for 1 hour is about 60-63deg

6990 idles at 45deg
im guessing ambient temps are around 30deg give or take in a non a/c room

hafx casing with all fans fully fitted. shld have good airflow

what do you guys think? i reseated my heatsink 3 times lio. results were similar. ive seen ppl report much lower temps than this and they have actually oc-ed to 4.3-4.6
can the gpu high idle temps affect my cpu idling temps? can some other 2600k owners post their temps as well, so i can compare and tweak the hardware if needed

thanks for reading
