cant load bios..urgent

yesterday i bought a new SATA SG 500GB HD can add to my pc,i follow all the instructions that provided by SG to do the installation and it was successsfull but bad thing had happen..after few mins blue screen occur and i force to restart my pc..

1-restart..successfull boot in to OS and everything looks fine but few mins past blue screen error occur again..force to restart
2-this time when loading os (a moving green line) suddenly no response at all,wait more than 5mins force to restart
3-after restart show bios logo and etc and no response again,force to restart
4-this time show Scanning bios image from HD...scanning from floppy...and then no response after that

i had try many ways such as clear cmos,unplug the new HD, reassembly the whole system, copy my MB bios into floppy to let it load...
all these ways failed...the cpu still running and MB no give DEE sound..

I really hope someone can help me to overcome this problem...thanks

dont know why suddenly phone list out (configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre) which only can be seen from the small screen.
Inside screen cant go into menu, only can see the battery signal and signal bar...please give some advice...any way yo fix it?

my dad just come back from dubai yesterday and he had bought a china phone v96. The phone has those pda functions, even has an antenna that can pull out and use to receive tv channels...using microsd and dual sim card..it support many languages but it dont have chinese language function. I wish to install chinese input s.w but the problem is i dont know what the phone os...i think it was using nokia ui...anyone has any idea? or teach me me how to make the phone to have chinese language input...thanks
