Harmful ingredients in skincare can cause problems like breakouts, saggy skin, wrinkles, sensitive skin or even kidney problem in the long run, especially when you use it on a daily basis!
This workshop teaches you how to choose a good skincare without harmful ingredients. We have 2 weekend sessions for now:

How do you cope with long working hours?

Hey guys....this is a discussion for workaholics who work at least 12 hours/day and sometimes even during weekends/public holidays. For those who works for an employer and not own business. Questions as below:

1. How's your health? Do you often feel tired and sleepy?

2. How do you handle your relationship(with your bf/gf/spouse)?

3. Do you find it hard to hangout with your friends? Do your friends not calling you anymore after so many rejected invitations?

4. Are you closer to your colleagues? Since you have breakfast, lunch, dinner with them...do you?

5. Any other pros/cons? What's that thing that is holding you to such tough job?

I am asking this coz im about to start a job which requires long working hours, say 9am-9pm daily. and need to work even during sat/sun. need some input from workaholics here....
