http://forum.lowyat.net/ Thu, 04 Jun 2026 22:47:17 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/647245 I m just resign from <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>hongleong bank.</span><br /><br />The employment rules there are really straight.I am just joining hongleong bank jan 2008 as a <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>contract staff</span>,after working there for near 2 months i m realize that the job are not suitable for me because the basic salary(RM1.4K) i get from that department are not enough to cover my expenses,study fees(ACCA),the money i send to my family,rental and etc...<br /><br />Therefore,i am request for transfer to another department which is come with basic+attractive incentive.Unfortunately,my manager dont wanna let me go,the only way i can choose is resign then rejoin.But after i confirm with HR,they said you only can rejoin after 6 months from the date you resign.<br />In the situation without choices,i left the company and join another bank.<br /><br />What i wanna say here is,the rules they set will making them losing more talented people.<br />Just wanna share my experience here to yours, and hope yours can think twice to tender your resign from banking line especially <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>HongLeong Bank.</span> ling13140 Jobs &amp; Careers Fri, 07 Mar 2008 23:12:03 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/599790 please help me here...i jus now how to format intel system...<br />can teach me how to format AMD system? ling13140 Hardware Fri, 28 Dec 2007 15:37:51 +0800
