Urgent - Home Boarding

My family is going outstation and I also am going for a trip for 3 days... which is this Sunday until next Tuesday...
Shayne is full so I can't have her boarding...and she lives too far... Subang... USJ 11.. I live in Selayang... So I would prefer closer places...
Anyone can recommend any boarding places or hotel but not in cages...
I provide food...
3 days boarding....
Anyone who I can trust?
Because I dont want anything to happen to my furkid...
And guarantee he will be alright... flea free...
the most important thing is the peeing and pooing only...
My brother is at home but he doesnt know how to clean them or mayb he doesnt even want to help...
And my dog sometimes steps on them so one more troublesome is have to wash his feet...
thats really all...
just basic needs...

A question about Diet and Exercise

What is balanced diet exactly? Shud we go look for dietician and ask what we shud eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner everyday?
All we knw balanced diet is less oily and meat, more vege and fibre...
But what's the exact diet?
Example :
Breakfast - 2 egg 1 bread
Lunch - chicken rice
Dinner - less rice more vege

What is balanced diet exactly??

And there are certain exercises for certain parts...
I guess many ppl have these problems too...

1) What exercise is suitable to tighten the meat at tights...
2) What exercise is suitable to tighten of upper arms...
3) What exercise is suitable to make away the fats which is near the armpit and the back of the armpit... when wear singlets look ugly... ( u shud knw where )
4) What exercise is suitable to burn off the fat at the tummy

We want concentrated exercise... not jogging or running...
We just want to concentrate on certain parts...

I hope there will be informations given...

MALTESE and BICHON FRISE?

Well the story was like this...
I'm finding a bichon frise but i cant find and i found a maltese instead in Mid Valley PEts Wonderland...
So i thought if i couldnt find a Bichon i could get a maltese since i like both of them..
But today.. i went to search for Bichon Frise again... -went to Great Eastern Mall - 0%
Then.. in some small pet shop around my house area... There was an owner there owning really small Pomeranians..
she said u cant find it outside bcos her kind was real small and others was bigger... and she said if i want she can reserve for me...
Then, Me and my mom asked her about Malteses... she said maltese was a bad choice bcos it nids ALOT AND FULL CARE for its hair and she said MALTESE shed more...but i said maltese dont shed so much but she said maltese shed alot and u nid to use alot of money on taking care of the maltese's FUR...
And now... my mom call me dont buy maltese bcos that lady she said maltese cost ALOT and its not worth it coz it also hard to CARe...
and now... i have a big problem is... i dont know wat breed to buy now = =
I want a DOG :
-small so i can bring it out and my house is really small
-better dont shed so much
-wont bark much since i'm living in a flat = =
-easy to care
-cute ^^
-short hair long hair its fine as long as its doesnt shed like POMERANIAN or shed like crazy = =
- V.I.P not over rm2000 *house poor no money if over 2k*

I thought of chihuahua~ But... i think it sheds quite alot la... and i like long hair chihuahuamore cos its cuter but bad thing it sheds alot i mean ok ok .. i want a dog that sheds abit onli... bcos my mom dont like 'lat mou gau'
Haih.... my brain is empty now~ dont know wat dog to buy liao.. = =

Finding maltese puppy here and bichon puppy too! not too young! And... not from puppy mills.. hope to buy from breeders... And does anyone know that the Pets Wonderland in Mid Valley MegaMalll... the dogs there are from puppy mills are NOT... bcos i wanted to buy a pup from there but i dont know whether its from puppy mill or not...
