Too many stray dogs in my area

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am back in my hometown and i found there are a lot of stray dogs at the back of my house. 6 months ago, when i came back for holiday, there were only few puppies here, my grandma used to feed them twice a day. but now, there are about 6-8 dogs here. they fight and make noise at night.my maid has to pour water to chase them away in the middle of the night.
seems like nobody in our neighborhood is willing to give them a home. most of them are having skin problem. even though my family doesnt like animal, but they still do not prefer to call up majlis perbandaran as the dogs might be shot to death. the worse part is, there is no SPCA in my hometown. really donno what to do now as im going back to Selangor soon.

so guys, pls suggest me !!!

i have a question.

normally when do you guys receive your electricity bill? for the past few months, i mean all this while, i received mine before 5th of every month. until last month, i was waiting till 7th of May, still didnt receive. so i checked my bill online...and surprisingly, my bill had came out, which means my electricity bill went missing!!

while for this month, today is already 9th, and the bill is still no where to be seen. nothing recorded online...how ar??

i do not want my bill to be dragged till next month. and where can i complain??? like someone posted before, 15454 said this is not their business, other lines nobody pick up. haizzz

pls advice

Gals, i need some opinions on what to get for my grandma's birthday. she is 67yo. im considering of jewellery. but of course not those which is meant for young ladies. need some classic ones.
anyway, those who sell jewellery or something which suit old women, do drop me your link here. there are too many products in garage sales....im too lazy to go thru every single 1.

Nanny for my cat

hi everybody, do u guys know is there any nanny for cats? my mum wanted me to give away my cat as she worries about my breathing problem. but i love my cat too much, i cant even sleep these few days after she went to sleep at my bf's place. cried every night b4 i slept. im not thinking of putting her up for adoption. she cant stay with my bf for long term, so im thinking to get a nanny. like what human kids have. 1 week 5 days. i provide foods and toys. preferably in subang or sunway area. my last choice will be, renting a cheap room for her. but i just afraid she will be lonely. guys....pls help!!!

I m here to share my experience with you guys.

I am a part time home tutor, I always get jobs from different home tuition agents. I think this is legal right?
Ok, 2, 3 weeks ago, I got a flier outside my house, it is an ads looking for home tutors and students, as my students are all gone for holiday trip, and I am also a student, I got no classes as well, so I tried to log onto the website stated in the flier and registered myself in the website as home tutor. The next day, I received an email asking me to send them my resume, and I did. At the same time, the tuition agent added me in my msn.

She starts offering me few jobs. Finally I got a job which suits me (near to my place and the rate is attractive), this agent told me that the parents are looking for a tutor for their sons. The rate is RM320 per month for each of them and her commission is RM200, which is 60% from the amount I earned (higher than market rate but I don care as it is just for the 1st month). Since I am going to teach both of the 2 sons, it is considered as 2 jobs. So I suppose to pay her RM400 before getting the parents contact numbers. As I was quite ‘tight’, I tried to nego with her and asking whether I can pay her RM 200 first and will pay her another RM200 after I got to contact the parents, but she refused and saying that she needs money for the fliers and ads. Ok fine, I know this is the procedure for some of the agent or maybe she scared that I will run away, I transferred RM400 to her account that night (even though it was 10 min later than what I’ve promised)

I called the students’ dad, he told me that he is overseas and asking me to contact his wife after 2 weeks as she will be only back to KL after 2 weeks. So I called her after 2 weeks, she told me that she can only confirm one of the jobs. I was like, huh????? But it was still fine, so I called the agent, trying to ask for explanation, she did not pick up and suddenly appear in msn, saying the she was dealing with the father, not the mother. Ok, this is none of my business, by that time, I just want my money back. She told me she will refund in 1 WEEK time!!! As one of my agents, who asked for commission in advance will return within 48 hours. But I was telling myself, maybe she has no money, it is not good to give such a big pressure to her just bcuz of the 200 bucks. So I waited. From that day onwards, she offered me with lotsa new jobs and keeps persuading me to take the jobs. If im not online, she will sms me, just hoping that if I take any of those jobs, she will not need to refund me.

Today is the 7th day, so I reminded her yesterday and also this morning. She said she will bank in during lunch time. When I came back from outside, I saw an offline message from her, saying that she only bank in RM150 to me and still owing me RM50 as the machine is hanged. I was so pissed off. I hate ppl breaking the promises. If she is really sincere in returning me the money, she can just try another machine, or try it again in other branches. And her bank is same as mine, and I don understand how the machine hanged when transferring the money and left the RM50.

For those home tutors and parents out there, pls be aware with this type of tuition agents. They might be a scam or a future scam!!! For those who are interested to know who is she, kindly pm me. Thank you for reading!!!

My cat is thin, not to say too thin, but she is quite thin. i got her outside my house about 2 months ago, she followed me into my house. she only gained 100g in this 2 months time all my frens were suspecting that i'm letting my cat to starve!!
i do make sure her bowl is filled with food all the time. so that she can eat whenever she likes.
any idea to help her to gain weight?

guys and gals...i have a question...here is the situation...

i have a fren from china. she has a bf (been together for 3 years). the guy now is in australia. taking his master over there (planning to get a PR and work there). both of them are already 26 this years (already reached the time to settle down) she never think of going there as she thinks it takes time to get herself suit to the new environment. until few days ago her bf told her to consider about continue her studies in Australia and get a PR after that..or else he wants to break up. she already wasted lotsa times when she transfer from china to m'sia (her bf was in m'sia) she redo her degree in malaysia as the uni don accept any exemption.

so the question is, if u were this gal, what will u choose? to go OR not to go?
