We are an MNC company with HQ based in Bangkok, Thailand, and multiple satellite offices dotted around SE Asia and many remote working staff in Europe.

About The Role:
You'll play a vital role being the main point person/go-between person between our 40+ expats ( some working in Thailand and some working remotely from EU and other countries ) and our main Bangkok HR team.

All expats speak English therefore your English proficiency must be excellent.

Matters such as upcoming public holidays, work permit renewals, staff dismissals, new hires... etc will all go through you to and from the expat staff and the main Bangkok HR team. You'll also be assisting the Bangkok HR team with expat's payroll.

Other tasks may include preparation of offer letter/employment contracts for onboarding new staff, headhunting for additional manpower.

Official working days are from Monday to Friday, however, while seldom, urgent issues can sometimes arise during the weekends so you'll be required to assist during then as well.

The role can be stressful at times such as end-of-month payroll preparation, or when issues/conflicts arise between a HOD and their staff.

Management will always be there to assist you with suggestions, solutions, and answers as well.

This position will either be a work-from-home or you'll be required to work from our Malaysia office in Kota Damansara ( after MCO is lifted ).

Requirements:
• Human resource background trained
• Minimum experience 2 years
• Experience handling expats is a must
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Patience and hard-working
• Organized and meticulous person
• Basic computer knowledge and skills ( such as gsheet, gmail, Skype, Slack... etc )

We are looking for a Malaysian content team lead to handle our content websites such as movies, livescore, sport news, sports video streaming, live streams, adult etc.

A strong experience in these categories of websites in Malaysian markets is essential.

You will need to manage content team to upload content on the websites.

Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

This position based in Petaling Jaya ( full-time ) or able to work remotely for part-timers.

Responsibilities:
● Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

Any way to buy MS Points online?

Hi all,

I've actually been facing this problem for quite some time now so perhaps someone here could help?

im looking to buy MS points for DLC, but all the websites which sell MS points online AND delivers the codes to your email is only applicable to US and Europe accounts, but not Asia. why is that?

the only way right now i get my points is by going to gaming shops, like Gamers Hideout to buy the actual points card itself, but i find that too damn tedious and such a waste of time~

anyone found any websites or any other ways where i can buy MS points which WILL work for Asian consoles, which doesnt involve having the points card actually physically shipped to you?

any advice or solutions is appreciated thank you!!

p.s: and plz dont recommend the 2 accounts loop-hole thing... one being US account, u buy points, download stuff from marketplace then switch to asian profile to play. im kindly asking for a method which doesnt involve this.

Need Advice for Warranty Claim

Hi all,

jz my luck today, finally got a new game i wanted to play, and suddenly got hit by the famous 3ROD

i followed the instructions on low yat and other websites and determined its an Error 19 (Unknown: GPU Error this is usually caused by bridged solder points where the GPU connects to the mainboard. )

my console is NOT modded, and was bought July 2008, which is still within the new 3 year warranty. im using an Xbox 360 elite, forgot how to check which Chip it is using~

now the thing is, i need advice on how to claim warranty for it.

Do i:
a. call up Singapore support and ship it there for warranty?
b. contact the shop i bought it from?
c. submit an online repair request (but Malaysia is not among the list they accept online repair requests)
d. forget warranty and use the repair services offered in this forum (which is the LAST option i wish to take as console is still under warranty)

i would appreciate some advice on procedures on claiming the warranty as well as i have nvr claimed warranty for my console before.

Info on gaming laptops

Hi all,

im currently looking for a gaming laptop, did alot of research over the past 2 weeks and i guess its now down getting some professional advice

My questions:
1. i found info on the XPS M1730, one of the best gaming laptops i've ever seen!!!!! too bad DELL no longer sells it does anyone know where i can still get a brand new one? FYI - the new Alienware DELL is selling is crap IMHO, so i wont consider that.

2. i've discovered that ASUS has some good gaming laptops as well, like the G50 and G7x series. but nowhere on the net can i find a pricelist on any of them! does anyone know where i can get them from? a website? a contact person or maybe even a shop i can call??

3. i may consider a DELL XPS16 (w/ 512MB ATI Radeon HD 3670) or a DELL Vostro 1720 (w/ 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS) as both a reasonably affordable. which one is a better GPU?

[WTA] Notebook Casing Repair

HI all,

i really need some help. i am using a DELL Inspiron 8600 with widescreen and the latch which connects the LCD casing and the main body has broken. Now the LCD screen wont stay up or stay in place... it's like a screw lose.

I got a quote from DELL and it will cost me RM390!! seems too much for a just a simple casing replacement.

I am looking for any repair shops in Low Yat which can repair this problem. i dont care if the casing isnt from DELL as you will only need to change the casing housing the LCD screen and not the whole thing.

All i need is:
1. good workmanship
2. Warranty on the casing
3. Fast repair (within a few hours would be great)
4. Cheaper than DELL

I need to get this repair very very urgently as i am going overseas next wednesday for business...
