ShitBrix food, the how to.

First thing first:

Sauté all the bawang.

Throw in the frozen veggies, egg tofu, and oyster sauce into the pan.
You'll end up with something that looks like it came out from a cow's 2nd stomach, lets call it Item X

Mixed the minced meat with corn flour and some egg(Don't forger some salt and pepper). Slap the meat on a cling wrap and do this:

Put the Item X we prepared earlier and some grated cheese at the center of the meat and roll it up. Sorry no pic.
Then can masak la...

Dell 6400, too old?

HI all,

Currently I am using an almost 3 years old Dell 6400 and here is the spec:

Intel Dual Core T2300E 1.66
1GB DDR2 667
Intel 945 GMA Display Card
120GB Sata
CDRW
Windows XP PRO SP3
and

The battery is almost dead, it could only hold a charge for 1 Hour of light use.

I am looking to upgrade the the following items:

1. Add another 1GB of RAM
2. Change to a 320GB hard disk
3. New Battery
4. Buy Windows 7 Home Premium

What I use the laptop for:

1. I work with VB6, VS2005, SQL Server 2005, Office 2007 applications, DreamWeaver and light photo editing on Photoshop CS3.

2. Playing audio and video files.

3. I don't play games. Well I play Pizza Frenzy once in a while LOL

My question are:

1. Will upgrading to the mentioned item worth it for me to use the computer for another two years or so? Is the computer too old?

2. Should I just get a new laptop?

My current situation:

I have the budget to get a new laptop. I am just wondering whether its viable to just upgrade the current computer and save some money (They are hard to come by ).

Your opinions are greatly appreciated, thanks.

Active Form on Status Strip

Hi,

I am stuck on this for days. LOL

I am trying to display current form that is in focus onto the Status Strip Label.

The Main Form is a MDIParent Form with several MDIChildren forms and normal forms.

This is what I've tried:

Public Sub active_form()

active_frm_txt.Text = ActiveForm.Text

End Sub

I called the method on main form load event and it does display the main form name but when I open a new form the text does not change.
I think it is because I've assigned a fix value to the active_frm_txt.Text.

Any other way around it?
