Sound from waja suspension

Dear Sifus,

I have a problem with my car (Waja Campro) after changed to GAB lowered spring (maintain oem absorber), when driving on uneven road, there will be sound like metal touching to metal.... (Sorry for my bad english)

Any idea what could be the reason? Currently busy working, so no time to check with mechanic.

the problem is, i cant surf the internet..but i already connected to internet...

when i checked the modem...there is red light on internet, but dsl and wireless is green (ok)..

yesteday, my laptop was attacked by malware... virus i think... but i managed to remove it usng norton av 2009...

then there is an effect that my av cannot update , windows vista and win defender also can not update....

from one click support..(norton av) said.. [If the DNS server address starts with 85.255.11x.x, then it is more likely that the DNS cache has been poisoned as the result of a Pharming attack.]

after i check the DNS server address.. it start with 85.255.112.145;85.255.112.150...

i tried to remove it.. but also canot update the av...

someone plz help me....

as the topic stated above my WD HDD got a problem which can not write or read.....

when i check with WD diagnostic software, there is a fail or "X" in (RE-ALLOCATED SECTOR COUNT)..

can the HD be repair or not?? can i get claim the warranty from WD??? and how to claim ar?? (warranty till 2010)
