[WTA] Which mainboard is less fuzzy & wiser choice

I have a Pentium D 820 based CPU, 1 IDE HDD, 1 SATA HDD, 1GB DDR2, 2GB DDR3.

Just fried my old HP RC410M mobo northbridge, keep giving problem, distort display and hang as it get hot.
Maybe its life was nearing end.

In my mind, thinking of choosing Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT or MSI G41M-P23 to replace the old board.
Both price is about the same, slightly differ only.

Need opinions from all forumers/sifu.

p/s: This PC only serve basic task for my parents. nothing heavy task.

Will these MOBO+CPU pairing works?

As the title say, will these to components work? because in asus website AMD PIIx4 955 HDZ955FBK4DGM only work with mobo v1.03 ...frustrated...

Choiix seems tempting as capacity is larger than Energizer Xpal....Both model i see oso selling at same price

We have seen Cpu in mobile phone breaking 1GHz barrier...but how about GPU in mobile phone??? Is it necessary???

In computer I noe it is necessary to have it or even a decent built-in to render a smoother Aero features in Windows Vista/7...

How about in mobile phone?
