I have a notebook acer

my problem is like this picture

but it back to normal after 10 to 20 minute

my laptop is not toshiba la just for rujukan

i want to ask what the problem

cant install windows xp

i want to ask why my note book cant install windows xp.
the problem is when i install the power was shut down.
fisrt i fomart the system,when the installing have 7 or 10
minutes to finish the installing the windows.the power was
shut down automaticly.

my n/b is ibm t20
