Almost have a heart attack when deal with Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA) , you all will not believe what happen and how incompetence their are. In 2019 i took a loan with then to buy a property worth 1M and i took a loan of 650K with them for 30 years. I been wondering why i never get my insurance policy from them from 2019 (LPPSA loan need to buy both MRTT/MRTA dan LTHO) which i paid more then 50K for it. Only today i found out that somehow both my MRTA and LTHO is missing, yes somehow the insurance company and LPPSA did not do my insurances properly and it was cancelled since maybe 2019 or 2020 ,god now when but i paid for 30 years. Now my property have no insurances cover at all even though i paying both my loan to them.

Yup their take more then 50k but never bought or cancel my insurances, talk above incompetence.

As about since i already done a police report and MCMC. I also talk to my lawyer about this case, he said it a very clear case we can sue. Thanks for all the emotion support and know how to handle this situation. Hope one day i have good news to tell to all /k.

I am looking for replacement for power supply for my samsung monitor . The power supply model is Samsung A10024_EPN. Look like it uncommon and if cannot get new one where can i repair it in KL area. it will shutdown it self if shake. As long no shake it or bump it it will continue to function. Already checked the cable and it not cable problem.

Stupid shopee, this is how you treat customer that been loyal to you for 3 years and spend like more then 50k on your platform by banning all my family account (father, mom, brother and even wife account) on the same day. Just because we live in the same house and all like using shopee. All use different phone and all is verify account and their system cannot tell there is 5 ic with same address on their system. rip my wallet Rm 600 and if you include all my family wallet near rm 5K total lost. Going to transfer out all from wallet and sent an email to them to delete all our family shopee account better. bye bye shopee and welcome Lazada.
