Hi All, I am first time home buyer.

I am wondering:
1. Should I purchase fire insurance/ home insurance even the condo is still under construction?
2. What will happen if there are accident fire on the site while still under construction?

I cannot find relevant info, hence would like to seek you view on this.

now i am doing my to do ACCA while pursuing my degree...

just wan to ask for those people who has experience in ACCA, is it very hard?
which college is good in ACCA part time course?

If I have a certain level knowledge in Japanese Language, can i get any exempted credit?

let say if i plan to take Japanese Language in UKM, n I have basic knowledge in that, do i still need to start all over again or i can skip to higher level in uni?

How To Make The payment

I am wondering how am i going to make the payment...
I am using my dad money to pay, not PTPTN...

its stated there go open an account in Bank Islam, then? straight away pay or bring the cash to there to pay? can i pay by cheque?

all the borang-borang just print out from A to F then fill in only is it? or they will post the original copy to us?

to do the medical check up, just use the form then printed out is it?

after filling all the form, need to post back to them immediately or hand it up by myself during registration day?
