Got cheated when buying bus ticket at counter

Went to Hentian bas jalan reko, Kajang today to buy a one way ticket from kajang to sg petani for my sister. decided to choose a 'reliable' bus company, not those small/ad hoc bus company to avoid trouble n scam (kena many time before during my student era). So i decided to buy from Sri Maju express.

When paying,i asked the makcik that operate Sri Maju counter how much, she said rm44 so i just paid. Did a quick inspection on the ticket to make sure the date, time and destination are correct. Arrived home , when i look at the ticket thoroughly, noted the ticket price printed there is only RM40!

Look at how carefully n purposely that mak cik stamped the platform number to cover the printed price.

Did a google search and confirmed the ticket price should be only rm40.
i also found few online bus ticket platform like www.easybook.com www.busticketonline.com available for buying bus ticket online.
Has anybody used the service and are they reliable?how to collect your ticket?
