S&P & home loan enquiry

Hi all...i have a couple of questions regarding buying a house..

1.) My application for a home loan have been approved by 2 banks..i've applied to 4 banks total..can i wait for the approval for the remaining 2 banks (give them by the end of the week b4 make up mind to choose) before i sign the s&p? Or i should sign the s&p then continue to wait? cuz my lawyer is pushing me to sign the s&p quickly..

2.) when should i pay the s&p lawyer fees? The lawyer alredy asking me if i've received the bill yet?

Morning..i need some advice..i've been eyeing this 2011 hyundai accent..i have read some of the reviews and most of the are positives..it will be my first car to buy though..
Its 1.6 cvvt (Auto)
10 months old
showroom/ test drive car..
Price = 5Xk
still have 4yrs warranty..

Its either this or saga 1.6

hi girls...

i have oily, open pores and sum acne.. i've tried almost every skincare but still doesnt help me...so i;m thinking mebe its the internal problem so,do u girls have any suggestions on skin supplements i should take to improve my skin? btw, i'm taking flaxseed oil 1000mg and 5mg biotin once a day...

i've been reading bout making ur own homemade soaps/shampoo/detergent..it looks simple and i'm thinking of trying to make one..but do u guys have any idea where i can buy materials like Arm and Hammer Washing Soda, Borax,Bar of Fels-Naptha Soap, castile soap and etc...do u think i can find it in the local organic store?

k...my hp has a keypad prob..its not actually at the keypad...but below the screen keypad thing..like the joystick..
the keypad is like stuck sumetimes...so i sent to repair at care4..they said that changing the original keypad will cost around rm100++ while the local one rm100..

so i need the experts opinion here...is the price charged reasonable?

hey guys...i recently bought nokia 5610...i want to "lock" my msgs n gallery on my hp...can any1 show me how? or is it not possible to do this for this type of hp? the manual wasnt much help
