Dealing with a Rude 'tokey'

To all IT Consumers,

I would like to share my bad experience when dealing with FixIT.Com in Lot 18, IT WORLD JA 3, 2nd floor, Mid Valley Megamall, Mid Valley City, 58000 Kuala Lumpur. Tel: 03-2284 0678

I was in the shop today (07/12/2007) to upgrade my laptop RAM to 2Gb 667Mhz. The 'tokey' (I believe his name is Jason) was in the shop serving me, the 'tokey' persuaded me to add another 1Gb RAM (To make it 3Gb RAM) but to me it is a waste of money and he is not happy off that. After opening the laptop RAM casing, I saw the laptop fan is quite dusty and I ask the technician to clean the dust which I think is not a big deal as the casing is already open. But the 'Tokey' ask me to clean the dust my self outside the shop (which I think is not the rite way to treat the customer). But the technician just help me to clean it, this caused the technician scolded by his 'tokey' (I am pity with the technician). What made me piss off with the 'tokey' is he talk in Cantonese (He think I don't understand Cantonese as I am spoken Mandarin and English to the 'Tokey') that I am just buying a RAM but ask lot off things. Come on guys, I am not getting the RAM for free. Is it that hard and how long will it takes to clean the dust???? To me it is not a good IT shop to be dealt with. So guys remember the shop name.. and don't buy from them.

My purpose for this thread is to share my experience with all the Customers and I hope all the customers having the same problem will share their stories. We are paying for the product and we need to be treated as a customer not a servant or beggar.
