CMD Command XCopy

Hi code masters

Im trying to use CMD batch to do backups before deploy new files like below
Folder A: PC folders n files
Folder B: Backup folders n files
Folder C: New folders n files

1. List the files in Folder C including subfolder using this

CODE

DIR C:\Main /B/O/S > FileList.TXT

2. Copy those files listed from Folder A to Folder B as listed in FilesList.TXT from step 1

CODE

FOR /F %%a IN (FileList.txt) DO XCOPY "%%a" "C:\Backup%%~nxa"

3. Copy files in Folder C into Folder A

Im stuck at Step 2 where
- XCOPY will copy all files into root folder only, it will not create subfolder itself
eg C:\Main\Sub1\File1.txt > C:\Backup\File1.txt
C:\Main\Sub2\File2.txt > C:\Backup\File2.txt
it will not create subfolder Sub1 and Sub2
- List file by file in TXT whether each file is copied successfully / failed / not exist
eg C:\Main\Sub1\File1.txt copied successfully
C:\Main\Sub2\File2.txt copied successfully
C:\Main\Sub2\File3.txt does not exist
C:\Main\Sub2\File4.txt failed

Any code master can help me with this?

really annoying because L4D2 till half and it just freeze and game gone...

after freeze need to turn off for at least 20 minutes or longer for it to turn normal again...
