Good days LYN,

Currently seeking renovator to do small renovation for my subsale 2try in puchong. My budget aroung 15k to 18k.

Previous owner have reno the house to be like balinese style (no main gate for car park and make like a small garden inside the house).

So basically i just want to replace the main gate to a normal gate and remove the small garden to build 1 room there. Below some more details :-

1. Main gate and car park (18' X 20')

- Replace the old gate with normal gate (simple iron main gate)
- Tiles the car park area / or maybe just cement for this moment

This is the current main gate

2. Remove small garden inside house (5' to10' X 10' to 15')

- new wall for the new room
- tiles the new room
- ceiling for the new room

HP dv2 is superb but no dvd player, dell studio 14" also nice but for rm2300 only got intel pentium
