Difficulty in charging your work with small fees

Anyone here offering a service or selling any digital item with the price less than RM1? How do you sell your items/services if your fees is less than RM1, when the transaction fees is at least RM1 with MOLPay, Paypals etc? Kindly share your experience.

Any one can enlighten me what is the MARKET PRICE of outsourcing web based(asp/php) project for direct sales member management.
Project details : I only need a system for:-

1. new member recruiting
2. member login screen
3. password retrieve if failed to login
4. ability for member to edit their profile information(after login)
5. option to unsubscribe as member
6. and also to send out promotional email to those who subscribe

What is the lowest price in the market I can get? Very much thanks in advance
Is it cheaper if I design my own interface beforehand?

Problem with refreshing image using FireFox

Hi all, I am trying up with image verification code with php. (To verify the form is not fill by computer)
It is running smooth with IE but when it come to Firefox, my image does not refresh itself when I refresh that page.
I believe it is because of the cache problem with Firefox.
Can anyone please enlighten me on what can I do so that Firefox do not cache during the refresh.
Btw, changing the setting on the browser is not an option for me.
