HELP! increase price after sign S&P

anyone know the law for malaysia property?

i want to clarify the selling price for Bumi Lot and Non-Bumi Lot

i was bought a unit which is the sales man told me is Non-Bumi lot and the price is RM600k for corner house.

after we sign the S&P but hvn stamping, the sales man call us and say he over look the price.

the price RM600k is for bumi price, and non bumi have to add 7% means the price increase to RM642K.

my question is

1. if the unit is non bumi lot, should it have 2 different price in the document?
2. if the unit is non bumi lot, when bumi buy the S&P will be RM600k or RM642k? then they only pay 3% down payment?
3. should we pay the extra 7%?

i have face this virus in 2 different laptop i'm using... i cant find out why it happen and how to clean it... hope can get help from here

i'm using AVG as antivirus, at 1st laptop the AVG detect there is a exe call 5k.exe located at C:\Windows\Temp
i have remove the virus and run full scan and non of virus found.

after i restart laptop and wanna go into safe mode to run full scan again but i fail to start safe mode, but i can start normal mode to windows.
after restart laptop i find out my hidden files check values change to 1 and fail to change back to 0, and few exe found in temp foldes and temporary internet files forlder call 20k.exe, 9.exe, 5k.exe...... and there is a Service.exe not Services.exe alocate at C:\Windows\system32 and i check firewall there is a new port call uPnP firewall using this program. i try to delete tis port but it create back when i close and open back the firewall setting. in regedit i also found this service.exe program running in few place... i delete all the in regedit and delete uPnP firewall but i cant delete the service.exe file in system32 folder coz still using by other program.... finally i take out the harddisk and scan in other laptop to remove all this exe files... it look like clean the virus but i still cannot start safe mode... i think it need to do recover.

with another laptop is not link with this laptop netowrk also face the same problem, but this time uPnP firewall not using service.exe program but is another name call wimspyk.exe and the effect is same with service.exe ... fail to start safe mode...besides that this time i'm using digi boardband online not streamxy and just open msn, and facebook only.
i try search on google there is not much information about this, anyone having same problem with me?
