Streamyx line always drop - please help!

Dear forumers...

My streamyx line drops on average 3 times a day and I cannot reconnect until I reboot the modem. I am using Aztech DSL600e modem and linksys wireless WRT54G router. My set up is that router will dial up to streamyx. Everytime line drops when I try to reconnect with router i will get error saying 'cannot find ip address on pppoe server'. It can only reconnect when I reboot modem.

I have swapped wireless router with my friends (also same linksys wrt54g) and still same problem. I have also swapped modem and tried ZTE modem but still line dropping. I have also changed network cable, phone line cable...

Very very frustrated already. TMnet have also reset my port a few times but cannot find the problem.

Has anyone experienced this and can provide some input on what could be the problem? I am thinking maybe bad phone line but I still don't understand why must reboot modem then only can reconnect...think I wanna change to P! already...BTW i am in Bangsar area....

Or any ideas on what else I can look at to troubleshoot?

Hey guys,

Am thinking of buying the Dell 3008WFP 30 inch display but read on reviews that the stand is not very nice looking. Have seen images on the web but want to see the real thing before I decide. I checked out the Dell showroom in Mid Valley but they don't have it there. Does anyone know where I can find a unit on display so I can view?
