hi all

my streamyx Suxk as away when i singup ...

but this pass 2 week it be come more Suxk download only have no more that <20K/s vs before is 50k~80k

so i follow some topic that do a ping teset to my gateway...

i found that having >25% of package loss... omg

call tm 100 tell the nobe that i having packet loss?<<sure them don't know what is it...

what can i do about this issue ?

i do try change ip ,still the same ......

hi all sifu here

i want to buy a new router due to my old TN NUT modem k.o
my friend say go buy Linksys ,

about 6pc share a SCREAMYX internet line so looking a [Kuat]QOS modem ,
bty one pc is a BT torrent 24hrs pc,..
other 4 pc or netbook .. normal use like game/www,facebook.. pc ......sure i have a hub

so i do some screach ..plase give me some avice thanks you

i just test the speed of my home (IPOH) TO KL &PENANG http://www.speedtest.net/
found some thing error is my screamyx problem or other have the same problem like me?

as about SNR MARGIN problem i having this problem away low speed when surv oversea ...
my router status show
Downstream SNR MARGIN <9
Upstream SNR MARGIN 18
is it ok? or need to call Screamyx to have a look?
