Im resign from previous company 1 year. Present job is not related with previous job, now i thinking want to join new company that same field with previous company.But when i start join previous company i have sign an agreement cannot join same field company for 5 year after resign. Isn't i will get sue for this matter?isn't possible to join new company?please advise

I planning to change them to second-hand Alza rim. The Alza rim spec is 15" 6 JJ ET 45. Isn't OK for it, i hear it more heavy ?
Any good suggestion?
