Display Card Failure & Auto Restart

Fellow SiFus out there, please provide me with assistance.

Situation:

Recently, out of no where, my display card starts to fail (the little bubble on my taskbar tht pops out says so after the screen blackout for a few secs)

I don't do graphic intense tasks. All I do is surf using the Chrome and watch movies on VLC player.

Anyways, at the beginning, the screen blacks out for a few sec and comes back on.

Now it got worse, it blacks off then the PC restarts. Sometimes its successfully restarts but mostly it not successful and thus it keeps restart once it reaches the "welcome to windows" section.

I tried running Norton antivirus full system check plus defragmentation and the problem was solved for 1-2 days. Now it has come back.

*Also, there was a pop up windows stating that error occurred is Blue Screen? but no blue screen popped up.*

Hi guys, I'm currently trying to download a torrent using my mobile data but it just won't do so. I've tried hosting hotspot on my ipad and connecting my desktop to it using wifi or usb. I can browse websites and stuff but my torrent won't start downloading..

I'm doing this as I've a ipad with data plan of 12gb and I don't use my Ipad much (dad got it for my bday)

Anyway to maybe bypass this block or something? I don't want to waste my 12gb every month.

Hey guys. Recently got a Ford Focus, awesome car but the rims are.. erm.. not my taste.. My car is red in colour so I'm thinking of getting the rims to black colour. Anyone gt any idea how I should do it? I read some online sources saying better to powder coat it, bt it'll be expensive right? around 1.2k for 4 tyres I tink. Anyways, is spraying recommended? If so, what type of spray? Regular spray?

EPF of FD?

Hi guys, recently I had a argument over FD and EPF with my mom. Can you guys help me solve this out?

My mom insists that EPF's interest is high because its 6.15% but I'm saying that the Bank's interest is almost the same because this bank is giving us 3.2% every 6 months. You double it up, its already 6.4% right? EPF is only giving .11% more right? She keeps saying I'm counting it the wrong way. What do you guys think? Am I missing something out here?

Hi all! As you all know, mothers day is around the corner. I'm thinking of getting my mom either a treadmill or those stagnant bicycles for her to exercise at home as she have always wanted one. Any idea of which brand I should consider getting? Budged around 1-3k enough? Last week I dropped by Takashima but I found that their machine was not what I expected. Some of their machines looks like its made flimsy with cheap plastic.

Any shops to recommend in Penang?
