Car Shut Off Suddenly Oftenly

Hi all, wanna ask if anyone knows the cause for a kelisa auto engine shut off suddenly. quite often when slow down can feel the car engine almost shut down and sometimes it will shut down completely. then have to start it back and back to normal. and sometimes the whole car seems "blackout". the radio, lights all go off and on back by itself during the ride. whats the problem with it. the battery is new.
