It is better a trusted one, i don't want half way using then it explote explode.

I am currently consuming whey protein for lean muscle, and i reached my goal to lost weight.
I am having Muscle Tech brand.

But now i am looking to change it to Mass Gain protein, need some opinion here for the pros for brands...

I left out for Gym 5 years ago, and i was doing weight lost and lean muscles.
I was taking Protein name MP Muscle Pharm Combat.

But now i want to resume back to the gym and continue to lose weight, and build some seriuos muscle, not to big but can see it in a nice shape.
What will be the best recommendation of protein for me?

The sound is like spring sound, it came from the back.
Can anyone help me on this?

i bring my myvi to fix the timing chain, they change and fixed for me, but after that i can see my engine oil leak stain on the floor, and it is getting bigger spot.

what caused this issue?is it the gasket they didnt place properly?
