iPhone stuck on Apple Logo

My phone was running on low battery so I connect it to the cable to charge. It suddenly gone into the Apple logo mode and it has been stuck like that for the past 3 days.. HELPPPP!

I have tried everything from pressing home + power button and volume up button tricks which I found on the net. I do not want to reset it to factory setting coz I have some photos in the phone that I did not have the chance to back up yet.

Anyone can help me here??! At least on how to recover the photos and get my phone back to normal.

I just got a notice today from my developer for interest charge on overdue account at the rate of 10.00% per annum. The total is RM1,045.97 due the 44 days overdue from the bank to my house developer. It's not fair as I did not know bank paid late.. Any advice what should I do next?
