Need opinion, buy now or prepare 10% downpayment?

Hi.. I want to buy my first house using Skim Rumah Pertama which entitle me for full loan.

I want to buy a rm200k house.

Let say on 2025 i can prepare rm20k downpayment.

Which is better route for me?

1) Buy now full loan because house price keep increasing?

2) Or wait for another 2 years, where i can pay rm20k downpayment.

Please advise.

I am buying car for my wife. Between honda jazz 2016 and new bezza which is better for town car and sometimes for long distance travel?

She love jazz design. Not too big and not too small.

But for the same price we can get new bezza.

Graphic card or Nvme ssd? Which one to prioritize?

My mobo have 2 pcie slot. 1 gen 3, and the other is gen 2.

Recently i bought,

1x gpu geforce 750ti (pcie gen 3)
1x nvme ssd (pcie gen 3)

My question is, which one should i priotize to use pcie gen 3?

Or should i buy splitter so that both can use pcie gen 3?

My works focus more on browser usage. I am a heavy researcher. More than 10 tabs open at the same time.

And only once a week, i do the design or video editing.

Page not found Firefox lead to ads

Hi guys.. I need advice and some help.

When ever I type something in the address that lead to page not found,
it looks like the page in the attachment will appear.

I am not sure whether it's Firefox related or not because the same thing happen when I use Opera.

So far I've check Firefox addon and windows host file and cannot find any malicious entry.

Is this just adware or they are spyware as well?
Will it do me any harm to use online payment (using credit card) while the problem still exist.

(1) Blog shop

- You need to SMS to order (further info will be given using SMS)

(2) eCommerce

- You need to register as member before you can order

As a buyer, which one you actually prefer?

Last week I open a thread to get feedback from girl on which type of guy that they prefer --> http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2681650

The characteristics of both guy are clearly bias..

But my real intention is to compare between:
+ Man A - A Nice Guy That Really Love A Girl
+ Man B - A Fun Guy That Makes Girl Happy

Most girl prefres Man B.

So what I can compile is here...

(1) Girls don't care if you really love them or not.. what they care is they love and attract to you. SO PLEASE STOP BEING EMOTIONAL TO THE WOMAN YOU LOVE.... unless they love you as well la.. DON'T MAKE WOMAN PITY YOU. BECAUSE THEY WON'T.

(2) Girls don't mind if you don't buy her gifts and presents if you can make her happy.

(3) Girls don't mind if you have different opinion than them.

In other words, don't be too wussy and too needy to the girl you like..

That's why nice guy always finish last.. because they are always being wussy and needy to please the girl they like.

NOTES: Of course case is different if both side like each other..

Hi girls.. I need to collect some data from you

Let say 2 man/boy with average look approach you.

But Man A:
+ totally fall in love with you, he clearly shows that he love you
+ he make you to feel sympathy to him
+ he need you as supporter
+ he message and call you daily
+ he will buy gift and agree on you

And Man B:
+ he never shows he loves you (he treats every girl the same.. but a bit more towards you)
+ he makes you laugh and have great time
+ he never make you feel sympaty to him.. he portray that he's a strong man and have high confidence
+ he seldomly contact you
+ he treat you like normal person which make mistake.. he disagree with you if he know you are wrong

Let say after some time both guy confess to you.

So if you're the girl.. which man will you choose.

RND engineer.. is this a chellenging career?

Hi.. I've a sis in engineering field but she keeps complaining that her current post
is not challenging (do mundane and repeated task).

Thus she is planning to jump into other post (but still in the same field).

She think about RND.. so how do you guys think about RND?

Is RND suitable for someone who like to do new things and
easily bore with repeated task?

How about the working time? Always need to do overtime? Or is it differ depend on company?

Let me share some tips to choose profitable niche...

It's Flippa. Here's where people buy and sell website.
And when people decide to sell their site, they need to reveal lot of things.

But I find it quite amusing when some site which has good traffic and Alexa rank, but only making tiny.

ex:

- http://flippa.com/auctions/2843230/site ($19 per month for 4 k page views) --> Alexa 400 k
- http://flippa.com/auctions/2810228/site ($150 per month for 50 k page views) --> Alexa 140 k

I think, rather than traffic, niche and how you moneytize is very important as well.

Today I go shopping and there's a YES promotion booth open.

The salesgirl claim their YES account is already capped, but can still surf without lagging.

So I test their internet and use Speedtest to check the download speed.. wow, it showed 4mbps download speed.

Do you think it's true? That the account is already capped.

Or does salesman has their own unlimited account for marketing purpose.

As the title above, I am having problem to see Adsense ads on laptop.
Not only in firefox, but also in opera and IE.
I have checked my browser, the JS is enabled and no adblock plugin installed.

I am using Avira anti virus but I've disable the web protection.
Somehow the problem still occur.

Is there any way for me to know why I cannot see those ads?

Can be google ban my IP from viewing the ads?

Or perhaps there are virus that prevent me from seeing these ads..

any idea anyone.

Off page SEO: Bing vs Google

So far when I only do onpage, results seem to be the same for Google and Bing.
But once I start doing backlinking, it's look like both of them treat them differently.

A few days ago I start doing some social bookmark to my main site and 2nd tier backlinks.. looks like google favour it,
but on the other hand Bing hate it..

Looks like it's not possible to conquer both of them.. haiya...

How your webhost is doing?
Have you done any check to your pages to see whether your site is faster enough?
By now, you should already know that Google take load speed as one of the factor
to rank in their listing.

To optimize your page for speed is quite easy.
First you just need to check your load speed using http://www.gtmetrix.com and then start working from there.

When I first use the tool, my page got 11 s load time. That is so bad.

After I change my theme to lighter one, and reduce picture size in my posts, I test it again.

Here is my loading speed after several tweaks.

Not bad.. considering my site is hosted in M'sia and the test start in Canada.

To tweak your pages or theme, just follow the advice from the test.

My new loading speed after I use W3 Total Cache.

How about yours?

1. Your hosting location and type (eg: shared)
2. Total page size
3. Page Load Time

BTW, mine is internet-webhosting.com.
Somehow there is something that I don't understand.
After implemente W3 Total Cache, the gred is going good.. but the load time is going slow.

Database for software

Hi.. I am just curious about software that we use.

Let say that I play a game.. and the game has data such as:
-config
-highscore / player data

For config, I believe the config is retrieve from text database (usually .ini filetype).

Somehow for highscore / player data, did they save it in text database too? Or did they use MySql or something?
