House Loan (EPF withdrawal)

Hi All,

I am not sure in which section I should ask this, but moderater please forward this thread to a correct one if wrong.

Regarding EPF withdrawal Account 2, yes we know that it is possible if :
1/ 1st or 2nd withdrawal.
2/ Certain percentage amount of the SNP price.

In my case,

House : In-development progress
SNP price : RM560K
Date SNP signed : July/2015
House Completion : ~Dec/2017

My plan,
During the construction period which will takes about 2 years+ while serving the interest progressive payment,
I do not plan to take out my EPF yet because I would like my money in EPF to grow more interest until my house completion.

MY QUESTION : Is it possible for me to withdraw all my money in Account 2 in one-lump sum (not monthly) after 2 years+ using my SNP signed from the last 2 years+?

Appreciate if you guys do experience this and share.

Currently I own a house,

ANy way to apply for 100% loan for a house? Is it possible?
BEcause I think we cannot afford for the downpayment 10% according to house.

Hey guys and gals....

I went to their showroom in CBD2 Cyberjaya but there is only the layout model of the unit design instead of showing the actual showroom...
When I asked the SA for the time of the showroom complete and when I can view the actual unit, he told me he do not know....

Anyway, from the SA, this project is launch after Ceria Residences (terrace house), and now is in the progress of the pilling now...

The weird thing I am wondering is, no actual showroom, but already in construction progress....
As of yesterday after launch, only 20% unit is booked/sold...
This project looks very quiet...

Dear all sifus here, any comments on this developer and this project?
I think is quite good deal the price offered around RM470k/sq ft, with Dual-key concept...
Cons is no balcony...

I have two options :-

1) Honda Accord 2.0 VTi 2009 (RM92k) (7 yrs loan)
- own by a fren of mine.
- no accident.
- full maintenance by service centre.
- mileage 140,000km

2) Honda Civic 1.8 2012 NEW (RM115980) (with insurance) (9 years loan)

I am in dilemma for both of these cars..

Due to budget constraint and future, I guess I made a decision to go for 2nd hand Japanese car..
I have to make up my mind between these 2 cars..
Both car have almost the same value.. (RM90k ~ RM95k)

I need some suggestion and advise especially from owners or who have the experience on these two cars...

My concern point :
1) reliability
2) fuel consumption
3) maintenance
4) road tax
5) resell value

Hey guys...

I guess I have dilemma in choosing between these 3 cars currently....

2009 Accord 2.0 - RM92,000 (Current Mileage - 130,000km)
This Accord is owned by my best friend, maintained very well, interior equip with alot of stuffs (LCD, reverse camera, etc).

2012 NEW Civic 1.8S - RM115,980

2013 Elantra 1.8 High Spec - RM114,888

These 3 cars have almost the same amount of monthly payment.
Of course if I buy Civic & Elantra (loan to 9 years) and 2nd hand car (loan to 7 years).

My concern : (1-important, 5-less important)
1) Fuel efficiency
2) Reliability
3) Maintenance fees
4) Comfort
5) Re-sell value

Future Plan : Drive my car for at least 5 to 6 years before sell.

Please advise.

Dear All,

Have anyone of you experience this?

I was a Maxis user and registered with them a contract with plan with them for iphone 3gs..

Within the contract period (5 months before the contract expired) I terminate my contract and switch to DIGI (now using DIGI)... THey said I owe them ard RM600+++

That time I am so pissed off because they charge me again n again for my internet data that they said I have exceeded... so i hav no choice to terminate it...

Now I got the letter from their letter asking me to settle the debt with extra RM100 legal fees... What if i ignore all this? What are the consequences that you all experience before in this case?

Please advise...
