Question Hotlink fast plan

Hi, I'm interested to MNP to hotlink fast plan but I have a few questions below need your help to clarify :

1. Does the Hotlink Fast user also enjoy free Spotify premium monthly subscription if I subscribe to fast internet passes (RM48 for 2+2gb?)
2. If I finish my allocated 4gb quota before the next refresh, will I still able to surf with throttled speed (say 64kb/s?)
3. If I top up RM60 to my number will it extend my validity period for another 2 months (60days, RM1 top up for 1 day?)
4. How long it takes to MNP from Celcom Prepaid to this plan?

I always get this error popup whenever I login to my winXP...

Error: javara.dll not found.

This happened after I catched some virus in my pc last few days ago...
Anyone can advice how to get rid of this error?
