Nicest way to reject someone?

Hiii. Needing advice ..yet again xD.
As per the title pleaseee what's the nicest way to reject someone. I do want to stay friends with him, maybe it's a little my fault I kept going on dates with him because I enjoyed his company. Just did not expect the question so soon.

Reasons why I don't want to start a relationship with him:
1) parents will not approve
2) different religious ideals - which he says won't affect anything but honestly it bothers me a tad
3) although I kinda like him, I met someone else that I click with a lot better (but I can't tell him this)

Since I assume most of cc's audience is male... what's the best way you'd like to be rejected by a girl ? Least hurtful ?

Has anyone here ever been friends with someone that you were secretly attracted to/crushing on? Maybe at one point the friendship could have become more...but it never did. For whatever reason (graduation or moving away) you two drifted away, but you still think about them from time to time...and sometimes actually MISS them?!

how come when i view an image on my computer, it's orientation is perfect but when i go to upload it apparently it's rotated over to the left/right ??

how to fix it is it something to do with my phone? its an sgs2 and most pictures are taken in portrait mode.

Not sure if I'm posting in the right thread, if not please move it to the relevant section. I would like a few opinions.

I've recently just completed my Bachelor of Commerce w/ two majors: Finance and Financial Planning. However, I'm still undecided as what I should do. I've spoken to quite a number of people within the finance industry and they have all recommended these four different options. I do understand that what I pick up depends on what sort of job I wish to work in.. however I'm not exactly sure what I wanna do...

Sooo these are the 4 options at the moment that I'm considering:

1) Do a Masters of Prof. Accounting which is basically a conversion course, that will allow me to practice as an accountant if I wish. I guess that may deem my undergrad years at uni to be a waste though I suppose.

2) Do a Masters of Applied Finance

3) Start the CFA. I know that the jobs on offer once completed will be all to do with management of mutual funds & analysis of equities etc. I also am aware that the CFA and goes hand in hand w/ MappFin

4) Commence my CFP qualification. I feel as though this is some what restricting and probably my last option as I do not really know what I would like to work as. Getting my CFP pretty much means that I'll be a financial planner or in a private wealth advisory role.
