Phase 2: Selected designs
1. Confirmed design selection - the pay is RM 100.00 payment on the spot or bank in once we receive the Full resolution file

Hi guys,

been looking around the area for my own stay and found this...
anyone has info on this property?

would like to get more info on
- price range (agent told me 95k for 2+1 room) is it too expensive?
- condition (the unit i saw was leaking from the room - top floor)
- loan, is it possible to get 100% loan for this?
- i heard from agent this is low cost apt - so was wondering can it be sold?

Was wondering if it is possible to connect to my house PC, running on XP SP3 via Windows Mobile 6.1?
I'm currently on Digi Smart plan...

is there any software that i need to install to do dis..?

i am not sure if it can be done at the first place if can please share with me...
