i always import from USA.

sometimes, my items stucked in the custom with various weirdo excuse. i use quiet a few company to import my parcel~

here is for sharing the problems i have met and sharing how m i solve it.
some may not solve~
for the shi-fu， if you do come across weird excuse, please share your story so that we can learn from it

1st case:
parcel gone for one month and suddenly appear on my agent's door step. from the point of sending till i receive take more than 2 months

i have a parcel with bags come in on fed 14, by Uxpx.
parcel sent to courier center by 8/2/2014.
parcel consignment was not scan at dunno which point.
then untill march 2014, still can't be searched.
we searching high and down for the parcel, from the collect center, to the USA custom, to Malaysia custom.
nothing~

the replied we got was hm, the consignment was not scan somewhere in the chain. and we are looking for it.

suddenly, somedate in March 2014, my agent receive note saying that the consignment was with the centre.

ok~ finally found or else i would need to file a claim~ lucky i did buy insurance for the parcel~

then the whole parcel gone thru resend process. arrive my hand by mid of April.

*phew* at last~

not necessary cheap is good yea~
