Mesh routing system vs Powerline

Hey guys, im in a longtime dilemma here. Im currently using Astro IPTV package (really sux coz cant upgrade due to no fiber in my area, and cannot replace the router or else the astro IPTV will be gone) but the default router that maxis gives us SUCKS. the wifi range is kinda sad as i get bad reception in my room and seems like over the years the devices it can support is limited. My parents' phones cant connect to it properly. I have a powerline that connects to my room but that too is showing its age after 2 years as there more times these days where network signal is spotty. Im a gamer and heavy downloader/streamer so network latency is important which is why i went for powerline. However, i came to know about those mesh network pods (dlink covr, tplink deco etc) and im wondering if it would be a good replacement for the aging powerline system i have and simultaneously fix the spotty wifi coverage at home. The router is at the living room. Question is will i get good latency if i use the mesh wifi system? it is still kinda pricey before i dump money into it. Some people have said that powerline is my best bet but it dosent address the weak wifi signal. The powerline wifi from my room for example, cannot reach the living room and it will be 2 bars at the living room. And no house not that big. room and router is roughly 20-30feet away. Will there be any signal degration or latency if i use a mesh wifi for this scenario?

So currently, i am about to leave a job (only after 4 months) whose JD has the phrase "Fast Paced and high pressure environment". when i joined it was really
- no proper documentation, senior show you and if you cant memorize in 3 days, you will get yelled at
- no proper training
- very low tolerance for mistakes
- highly toxic colleagues who make a huge deal out of small mistakes and misreport incidents to implicate you
- micromanagement, almost OCD like
- manager made personal attacks

Now on a job hunt and I get PTSD whenever I see that in the JD or in job reviews. Does that always mean such conditions? I mean, in previous jobs before this, i always had training and/or chance to pick things up even if there is no documentation. Also, no micromanagement.

I can learn relatively fast, but expecting someone to memorize different processes every day for a few weeks, and then expecting that person to be able to memorize in a few days is just absurd. What do you guys think?

Kechara Ipoh Study Group will be giving some necessities to the children

getting a degree

1) will it take only 1 year to do the degree? will my diploma be recognized as an addon?
