ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Hi, Guys.

Need help in troubleshooting these error messages:

1) Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

2) Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired

/file.asp, line 46

Those lines are referring to ObjConn.execute command. It only comes out if there are a lot of data to be processed.

Helpdesk System

Hi...

I try to look for a freeware which can be used as a helpdesk system. The one that can be used for reports, email notification, automatic escalation etc. Is there any recommendation of freeware helpdesk system. Or is it that there is no such thing as freeware helpdesk system..?

Internet Gateway Problem

Hi..

Currently i have an internet gateway problem....the internet connection is slow...
Do you guys have any tips on how to troubleshoot internet gateway problem. If you want any necessary details, i'll try to provide you if i can.

When i try to ping the gateway, this is the output:

Ping one IP but got reply from two IPs

Hi...

I try to ping one IP (e.g. 192.168.10.10) . That IP doesnt reply. But when I try to ping another IP, e.g. 192.168.10.15 , it replies with two IPs (e.g. 192.168.10.10 & 192.168.10.11) . What does that mean....can anyone tell me..
