            <description>Hi, Guys.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need help in troubleshooting these error messages:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) &lt;b&gt;Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error &amp;#39;80004005&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;/file.asp, line 91 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) &lt;b&gt;Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error &amp;#39;80004005&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;/file.asp, line 46 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Those lines are referring to &lt;b&gt;ObjConn.execute&lt;/b&gt; command. It only comes out if there are a lot of data to be processed. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>

The one that can be used for reports, email notification, automatic escalation etc. Is there any recommendation of freeware helpdesk system.             <title>Ping one IP but got reply from two IPs</title>

            <description>Hi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I try to ping one IP (e.g. 192.168.10.10) . That IP doesnt reply. But when I try to ping another IP, e.g. 192.168.10.15 , it replies with two IPs (e.g. 192.168.10.10 &amp;amp; 192.168.10.11) . What does that mean....can anyone tell me..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks..</description>
