NEED Help ~~ XD Recovery !

i got one XD card which previously using in my OLYMPUS Digital Camera......The data all inside CAN'T vewing through my camera, also computer....but then the properties of the XD card can still SHOWING the size of usage .........means there is data inside..... Do any of EXPERT RECOMMEND any FREEWARE that is RELIABLE on doing this RECOVERY ?????? S O S ~~~~~

RMVB to HDD player format

to all expert , wat software is the FASTEST convert RMVB to any format that support HDD Player( avi, mpeg .......)??? cause i had tried few , all take >30 minutes for 4XX mb size.....i'm using Athlon 939 3200 system ..with 512 ram ...
