SDSL -> Load balancer -> Remote Connection

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Telekom SDSL 1.5MBPS
Location: PENANG AREA
Have you called your ISP's helpline?:

Personal equipment
Modem: TAICOM TC505GL
Router: Dlink DSR 500N
Firewall used: Dlink DSR 500N own firewall

Problem details
I actually need technical help on setting up a Remote IP for the SDSL modem to connect to Serverlink.

Like this:

Serverlink <---------------> SDSL <------> Dlink DSR 500N <------> Office network
(From the internet) Modem Load balancer Office LAN

Do I set the Remote IP at the SDSL modem?
or
Do I set the Remote IP at the load balancer?

Info: Load balancer is connected to 2 Internet connection
WAN 1 : SDSL
WAN 2 : Streamyx
Round Robin type balancing

________________________________________________________
Another problems, separate from the above.

The SDSL modem when connected to a single windows desktop, Windows auto detect the connection, but the problem is NO Internet.
I have to go to TCP/IP settings -> Manual insert Fixed IP provided by Telekom, subnet mask and make up a default gateway IP, then only there is Internet.

Example of the manual IP settings:

IP Address : 218.111.xxx.34 (This is the IP I put for the desktop)
Subnet Mask: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (The one provided by Telekom)
Default Gateway IP : 218.111.xxx.33 (This is the Fixed IP for the account)

Compared to a Streamyx modem, all I need to do is connect the cat5e cable to the desktop and I am good to go.

So, is there a settings problem with the SDSL modem? Because if I try to connect to the SDSL to 2 desktop computers, and I manually put the IP settings, the second computer NO Internet. Only the first one can work.

Computer 1 Settings :
IP address : 218.111.xxx.34
Subnet Mask: THe usual
Default gateway IP : 218.111.xxx.33

Computer 2 settings:
IP address : 218.111.xxx.35 (DOES NOT WORK, even if I change it to 36,37.....etc)
Subnet Mask: The usual
Default gateway IP : 218.111.xxx.33

If I do like this, Computer 2 will scream IP conflict.

More information about the SDSL:
In the modem information screen, the default gateway is a 219.xxx.xxx.xxx IP.
Fixed IP provided : 218.111.xxx.33
Subnet Mask that was provided : 255.255.255.xxx
But if I input that IP 219.xxx.xxx.xxx into any computer desktop IP settings, it doesn't work at all.

can anyone knowledgeable in networking tell me what I am doing wrong here?

Screamyx Reality...

To all downloaders, lets just face it people. Screamyx is never going to unthrottle our connection, no matter how much we shout/scream/cry/beg/swear them.

So, since they throttle BT, then time to do the manual work.

1. download via MIRC/IRC.
I am getting 80kb/s downloading 2 items at the same time using different bots.

2. load as much graphics website as possible. (example: pron...etc or photo blogs (pron or normal pics))

3. use multiple virus scanners, spyware scanners...etc.
set all their autoupdate to run at every possible schedule that they allow you too.

4. open as many irc channels.
10 to 20 of them.

5. continue using bt whatever the speed. 1kb/s or 10kb/s. leave it for days and weeks. It will eventually finished downloading.

6. download as much stuff via ftp/http as possible.
anything you can think off.

7. save every freaking picture from (2).

8. use an email client and keep on forwarding those funny emails to people (warning : potential spam).

9. upload (7) to image hosting website.

10. Do 1-9 only if you thing screamyx deserve it.

11. Do not do 1-9 if you thing doing this is wrong.

12. Whatever is it, when the going gets rough, time to get rough too.
