Hi all, I want to let go all the item as below.

I brought all this on 31/08/2014 for my kids. But they dun like it. I just used the controller 2 times only.

The shop warranty is 3 month, until 30/11/2014.

I brought at RM 400, decided to let go RM 250 for all.

Anyone here stay at palm spring @ kota damansara?
I wish to buy a property there for my own family stay, not for investment purpose.
Is there worth to buy? any security problem there?

Last time i hear security guard and management very bad, not sure nowadays.

Service Apartment and Condominium

As Title: I wish to buy a property at Bayu Puteri - Tropicana or Palm Spring.

However,
Bayu Puteri - Tropicana is a Service Apartment
Palm Spring is a Condominium.

What is the difference between this two? Is the Comdominium better than Service Apartment?
