Hi all, want to know is it okay to take supplements on a daily basis for longer period of time? The trend I see now most peoples rely too much on supplements products...

But I still feel its better to obtain nutrients and vitamins thru normal food intake rather than supplements... am I right or wrong?

Hi all, I'm having quite serious eye astig but my job nature requires me to face PC for long hours... recently my work schedule quite hectic and I noticed that my eyesight has become blurer now...

Need some advice if there's any way for my eyes to recover from recent blur-ness?

Hi all, I noticed my D Drive Disk Space has dropped to 88.9GB, and this morning I still have 99.7GB... I never copy any large file over 10GB since this morning and I wonder why this happened. The only thing I did was hibernating my PC.

OS: Windows 7 HP 64-bit

Any idea what happened?

Best way to read & write to NTFS/FAT Drives

Hi all, need some advice. I'm intending to use my Air as a secondary PC to my primary Windows PC. However I noticed for Macbook I can only write files from my windows based portable drives into Mac, but unable to write files from Mac into my protable drives. I'm searching for best solution for me to transfer files between my MacBook and Windows PC.

I tried to install NTFS-3G on my Mac but it doesn't work...
Is there any solution to my problem? Is installing Windows 7 via bootcamp a good solution?

Macbook Air - How to Format / Restore Factory

Sorry for posting this as a new thread... I'm new to Mac...

May I know how do I "format" or restore my Macbook Air to factory setting? I tried this once and end up unable to restore due to connection issue (unable to connect to server) and unable to boot up via recovery HD (disk not found)... called Apple support and they asked me bring to apple service centre but they are charging me for OS X restore (WTF!?!?)... luckily I managed to find an Apple retailer which was kind enough to help me restore OS X... It was a nightmare to me...

Now I'm having problem uninstalling NTFS-3G, googled but solutions found are not able to fix my problem... so I'm thinking to format / restore back OS X back to factory setting... But I'm afraid will face the same issue again...

PS: my Macbook does not come with USB recovery disk...

Hi all, anyone facing this with latest Nokia Ovi suite? I've tried countless times via USB and Bluetooth to backup my phone but never able to successfully backup it. It always get disconnected while backup. My phone model is Nokia 6700 Classic.

Asus Xonar U1 USB Soundcard

Hi all, I just got my Asus Xonar U1 and when I connecting it to my laptop and 2.1 speaker, I can only get 2.0 sound (no sound from woofer). Also sometimes sound output from speaker tends to be distorted. So I want to know:

- how to get 2.1 sound?
- is the sound card faulty? I not sure if its setting that caused the distortion

Nothing shows on Monitor after turning on PC

Hi all, I'l facing problem with my desktop. When I turn it on nothing shows on my monitor, but I can hear the PC is running. Could this be my graphic card problem? Any way for me to detect root cause of the problem? I do not have other hardware components to test...

I thought of remote access to my desktop, tried to ping my desktop IP but no response. Mean my desktop can turn on but unable to load until windows login screen?
