This is their first project here so there are not many people here dealt with them before, therefore I am hoping to hear your comments about this developer if it&#39;s worth or safe to buy property from them.<br /><br />I wonder how confident are people to purchase under contruction project from Mah Sing now? Do you think this company have enough cash flow to complete their projects due to the hike in material cost?<br /><br />Another question: does anyone purchase any property from Mah Sing before, or have visited their projects before? How&#39;s their workmanship and quality? I briefly googled and it seems people are having concern of their workmanship in Hijauan Residence.<br /><br />I hope you can share your experience and your thought of them.
