[WTA] Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11

I'm looking for some advice (hopefully there's some lenovo thinkpad edge 11 users here) on this laptop and also the brand. My previous two laptops were hp compaq and I have no idea on Lenovo.. Are their laptops good? 'Cos I get lotsa feedback that Acer laptops aren't good but nothing on Lenovo yet.

Anw, I just came back from Digital Mall and saw this model in one of the shops. The specs given to me was:-

- Intel Core i3-380UM (1.33GHz 3MB L3 Cache) - I'm not sure if it's L3 or L2, that's what the guy said. I'm very noob in these kinda stuffs
- 4GB DDR3
- 320GB HDD
- Windows 7 Home Premium

I don't use my laptop for gaming (except maybe a few fb's flash games) or work on any animation stuffs. But I do watch a lot of dramas and use MS office. So I open a few tabs (maybe about 5 tabs on videos) at the same time to load my dramas. I need some advice whether the processor will cause it to be laggy or hang?

Cos currently I'm using Compaq's CQ20 (windows vista home premium, 2.0GHz, 3 GB ram) and I don't have lag issues.

Hello! I need to go to KPMG tower from Kelana LRT but dunno how.

Anyone here knows which bus can I take? And should I wait for the bus on the LRT station side or across the bridge? How long will the journey take roughly?

Corporate secretary

Just to clarify, corporate secretary here means those who has attained ICSA and not just any normal secretaries.

I'm a bit lost at the moment. I know the big and famous secretarial firms are Tricor and Boardroom. Not sure if there's any others.

And I did read a lot that Tricor is a very good place to gain experience especially for fresh graduate (I'm a fresh grad btw).

So, if given one medium sized secretarial firm and a large secretarial firm, is it better to work in the large firm instead?

I've been getting all sorts of feedbacks. Some says large and reputable companies like Tricor and Boardroom will be able to give more experience and exposure. But how is a medium size company not able to give equivalent experience?

Anw, I'm in a dilemma now because I dunno where should I start.. I mean to run off to a big co or just a medium co as my stepping stone?

How to care for a few weeks old puppy?

I found a puppy abandoned near my house last week so I adopted her. The problem is, the puppy is only about 1 week plus when I found her (eyes still closed). By now, she should be around 3 weeks old. I'm currently feeding the puppy with milk.. but when will it be appropriate to give the puppy solid food? I saw my friend feeding her puppy with dog biscuits soaked in water.. but her puppy's older than mine.

I read somewhere that it is important for puppies to be with their mom as their mom will teach them to socialise or growl and bark etc. So how do I teach the puppy all these stuffs?

And the puppy tends to suck on my fingers or leg. (perhaps missing her mommy?) Is it ok for me to let her suck on my fingers or will it develop a tendency to bite or chew on stuffs when she grows up?

Will appreciate advice from anyone having the same experience before. Thanks!

EDIT: The feeding part's settled. Now I'm interested to know if there's a way to potty train her to poo on newspaper instead of the floor? Prob is, she can't eat dog biscuits yet so it's impossible to give her any reward if she does it right.
