Different quotation price

Hi. I'm a noobies here buying my first home. I went to a few showrooms of new properties still in development with an agent that I found online. After the whole day and 4 showrooms viewed, I really like this one project. The quoted price by him is around 580k after rebate and cashback.

The thing is later when I searched around on propertyguru for the same project, another agent quoted a lot cheaper price around 540k after cashback and rebates.

I know price for subsale can be different from one agent to another but is it normal for agent to quote different price even for new project?

Should i just contact the developer number on the brochure and buy directly with them without using agent? Just asking.

I renew road tax using myeg. Usually they never asked for IC but today Im not at home and my sister took it from the delivery guy for me. Why the guy asked for IC? My sister simply gave cause the guy came at 7.00pm (maghrib time for muslim) and she was also just arrived home from work.

Now she scared cause that guy snapped her IC and chow. I mean you can do so many things with picture of IC right? My question is do MYEG delivery guy always asked for IC?

Guys, help me. I want to do a vr project for my multimedia programming fyp. But i dont habe any idea.

Some of past year student best project example :

vr on how to survive airplane crash

Vr on how to overcome fear of height ( acrophobia ) by using parkour . He did stage by stage bulding from low rise to high and participant can try it.

vr on how to do umrah. Step by step.

Any suggestions? I have an idea rejected so far by my sv. I want to build vr on how to overcome fear of stray dogs but she said that's to silly hahaa

My friend got cheated by a seller at mudah.my. The seller doesnt post the item (mobile phone = galaxy s2) after he bank in the money to the seller. Police report has been made but as we all know, police didnt care about small issue like this. Anyone here can help me trace the seller by the account number?

Ok.I will rejected the MMU offer for foundation in creative multimedia that the registeration day is on this sunday.Now,i wait for rayuan for UiTM in art and design course..If i dont get the offered,where is the best college to take Diploma in design?i heard bout Dasein and MIA.bout,MIA is more cheaper.Is Graphic design at MIA is good?any othe suggestion?

this 29 mei i will register at MMU to study in foundation in creative multimedia.The problem is,i know i will have to pay a huge amount of money to finish the study until degree.Its about 51 k.10 k for foundation and another 41k for degree.But,lately,so many people said,the graphic design field doesnt need a degree.A diploma is enough along with creativity.So,i am so confused right now either to continue registering this Sunday or just let go the course and apply for diploma in another ipts.And a diploma of course is much cheaper than 51k that I have to paid if i enter the MMU.My family is not a well rich family.help me.any suggestion?
