Extending my router to house next door. Legal?

Hi, I have been staying with my parents and the unifi is under my name. I just bought the house next door want to extend the router to another one next door with Ethernet cable, so I don't have to sign up for another account. Is this illegal in anyway or is it totally fine?

How much rebate you usually get when buying car?

Honda City, Vios & Mazda 2

Hi, I am currently looking around at Honda City, Vios & Mazda 2 (Lowest range, Price range 70-80k). I rarely travel outstation. Mostly City driving only.

Now, I am a total car newbie here. I'm still driving an old Kembara that my grandad passed down to me and it's the only car that I have driven 99% of the time. So even If you throw me a Normal Myvi, I will be like " WOAH THIS CAR IS SO GOOD."

Honda City - No friends/family own that car so don't have any feedback from them. But overall look not bad to me.

Toyota Vios - Tons of my friends & family owned it. All say Price:Performance ratio is the best. Maintenance $$$ also not bad.

Mazda 2 - I love Mazda cars design, especially the Mazda RED. Favourite among all. I have only 1 friend who own a Mazda 2 if not mistaken (highest spec) and he told me the maintenance is affordable, but a family member of mine who doesn't own a Mazda, but have friends that do, commented that Mazda maintenance is very costly.

My own favourite: Mazda 2

Now the thing is, the feedbacks I heard are from very different background. Therefore, I'm sure a some of the opinions are like "I heard from 1 fella, and therefore all must the same!"

What are your thoughts on this, sifus?

Employer contributing tax payment.

Income tax newbie here.

Company: Enterprise partnership
Total employee: Me & my partner (Two of us only)

So as per my understanding, my total taxable amount is [Company net profit] + [salary]

Can the company contribute to pay a portion of our tax? If yes, I have another set of questions.

Since it's a partnership company (50-50), and both our taxable amount is different (due to commissions), is there a proper way to contribute fairly to both of the individuals. What's the proper way to calculate it?

Extending my router to next door.

I'm currently living in a terrace house, and using Unifi 300mbps plan. My relative is moving into the house next door and I would like to extend my router to next door for them to use.

I need some advice on what's the best way to extend my router. Will it be as simple as, buying a second router, and extend it with ethernet cable?

[Home 01] Main Modem -> Router 01 -------ethernet----------> [Home 02] Router 02---------> PC (LAN)

I am planning extend a router to my relative house next door, and currently I'm using the default cylinder-shaped router (D-Link DIR850L) from unifi and subscribed to the 300mbps package. Using 5GHz most of the time as my work requires me to download a lot of heavy files.

I'm planning to get either one of these. TP-LINK AC1200 (RM150) or AC1750 (RM350). Is AC1200 on the same par with the unifi D-Link router? Not very familiar on how to judge the specifications.

Neighbour's tree root damaging my front pavement

(Not sure if this is the right place to post this)

My neighbour has a nice tree that provides shade infront our houses but unfortunately, one of the root is growing towards my house direction (almost 3-4 meters away from the tree). The root causes a huge bulge on my front pavement and there are crack lines near the longkang.

Question: If i chop off that specific root (the one that crosses my home boundary) will it kill the tree? Because both the neighbour and I don't really want to get rid of that tree.

Ping shoots up when streaming using mobile.

Hi, I have this problem for a very long time. Whenever someone in my house uses mobile device to stream videos, my online game ping/latency will shoot all the way up. It doesn't affects my download speed & upload speed that much tho.
I'm having this problem since when i started using Unifi 5mpbs package, and now 10mbps, still having same issue.

I did some test with another pc at home, stream 720p video, and download with controlled speed, and my online gaming ping is not even as high as "1 mobile devce streaming video".

I've asked a few of my friends and they are facing this issue too.

Anybody know why?

Loud background noise HTDZ HT-81 Shotgun Mic

Hi, I just bought this HTDZ HT-81 shotgun mic a month ago and I have a problem here.

Whenever i record with it, it has this very noisy white noise in the background. I've watched a lot review videos of the microphone and they all seems to be fine. I've tried both outdoor & indoor. For indoor, even if i record it in a quite room, windows all closed, fan/air-cond offed, it stll has that very noisy background noise.

For now lets assumed that the mic is okay. Could it be the cable/adapter problem?
