Paying MYR for My Studies in USA

Hi All,

I'll be studying in the states this Aug and I'm looking for alternatives to send my ringgit over to the states without the exorbitant fees. I understand that the ringgit is weak now and is poised to weaken further against the USD due to current global conditions. I'm wondering what is the best cheapest way to transfer money over to the states now. I've been looking at the costs of PayPal, Telegraphic Transfers, Western Union etc.

Let me know how parents are typically sending money to the US for their children's studies (and if that is ideal). Also, let me know your thoughts on how I can hedge my studies' costs (my current cash is in MYR and my studies will cost about USD 200k)

I got accepted to do a 2-year MBA program at an Ivy League school and I am now desperately looking for funding. It would be really helpful if anyone can point out any scholarships or financial aid given out to support MBA studies of Malaysians in the States. I've been looking around but a lot of the postgraduate scholarships available are mainly for local studies or specific Masters programs. Many thanks!
