Last week my mom was admitted to an eye specialist hospital and of course she had an operation which cost 4k++
Luckily she has bought an insurance and we need a medical report from the hospital in order the operation cost to be claimed.
According to the hospital, we must pay RM 80 just to get the medical report.

So anyone here enlighten me on y should i pay RM80 for a medical report? Anyone?

or i should just keep my mouth shut.......and pay RM80 for so called semi-gov hospital?
