            <title>[WTA] looking for a movie title</title>

            <description>hi sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i’m looking for an super old english (probably american) that talks about a programmer that has a smart AI computer at his house. I don’t remember much of the movie as I watched it probably 20-30 years ago. Few key points I can remember are: &lt;br /&gt;1) AI computer at home (black screen with green text)&lt;br /&gt;2) I think the computer falls in love with the owner&lt;br /&gt;3) one of the movie sound track was from Pachelbel Canon in D&lt;br /&gt;4) the computer name is most likely was Mathilda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone watched this movie before?  &lt;!--emo&amp;:thumbs:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='thumbup.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <title>Getting MBP from Switch or HarveyNorman?</title>

            <description>Planning to get 13-inch: 2.5GHz MBP and both Switch and HarveyNorman selling at RM3699. however, HarveyNorman provides free RAM upgrade.. apart from that, if i put in installment consideration, Switch charging 4% interest while HarveyNorman charging 2%&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any feedback from everyone here in term of warranty, reputation, service and etc? thanks  &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;</description>

            <title>Confused Bodybuilder</title>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think this my first time opening up a topic in bodybuilding section, has been following all those topics anonymously all these while. As per title above, I would say that I&amp;#39;m currently confused with few facts which I read and understood from different sources (stickies/bodybuilding/google)&lt;br /&gt;1) You need to do cardio, HIIT is highly recommended to reduce fat&lt;br /&gt;2) Build more muscle and it will help in burning more fat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal is to lose my love handle as well as my stubborn belly which I have them for ages and be muscular. Should I stick to (1) and once I lose my love handle and belly and change to (2)? Or I should just purely stick to (2)? I need help/advice on my routine and diet too. Additional supplements needed or different routines will bring more results &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;More information on myself&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m currently 80kg (initially 90kg 6 months ago) with 173cm and I considered overweight as BMI shows. Based on the weighing machine that my gym has, my body fat is 19% (15kg approx) and visceral fat rating at 9 (used to be 10, 6 months ago). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Neck: 15&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;Arm (flex): 14&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;Chest: 40&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;Stomach (love handle): 34.5&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;Hip: 37&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think probably everyone would roughly know how physically I look like for now. Back to July 2011, I signed up as a membership from a local gym from my area and I&amp;#39;ve been working out since then on regular basis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;My Workout Routine&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday - Gym (2 hours) - Cardio (threadmill) + Chest and Back wrapping up with abs exercise&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday - Badminton (2 Hours)&lt;br /&gt;Wednesday - Gym (2 Hours) - Cardio (threadmill) + Shoulder wrapping up with abs exercise&lt;br /&gt;Thursday - Badminton (2 Hours)&lt;br /&gt;Friday - Gym + Badminton (2 hours each) (threadmill) - Cardio + Legs and Arms wrapping up with abs exercise&lt;br /&gt;Saturday - Rest&lt;br /&gt;Sunday - Badminton (2 hours)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*For gym session, I&amp;#39;ll start with warm up session on the treadmill running on 8-9km/h for 10-15mins. As for badminton, I&amp;#39;ll be playing 60-70% of the time mentioned as we need to take turns to play&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;My Diet&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Monday&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After wake up - 2 tablets of Lipo 6X with a glass of water&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee and Pasta with 3-4 hard boiled eggs (eat 1 egg yolk and throw the remaining)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - Economy rice with pork, fish, vegetables, 1 scoop of rice and sometimes with chicken (cost me around rm7 to rm9)&lt;br /&gt;Tea Time - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6)  sometimes with additional banana or apple&lt;br /&gt;Post Workout - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6)&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - Sub of the Day (Subway - Italian BMT) Lettuce, Onion, Olive and Sweet Onion Sauce with additional roast beef (RM9.80)&lt;br /&gt;Before bed time - 2 hard boiled eggs (without yolk) and 250ml Dutch Lady Low Fat milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tuesday&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After wake up - 2 tablets of Lipo 6X with a glass of water&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee and Pasta with 3-4 hard boiled eggs (eat 1 egg yolk and throw the remaining)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - Economy rice with pork, fish, vegetables, 1 scoop of rice and sometimes with chicken (cost me around rm7 to rm9)&lt;br /&gt;Tea Time - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6) sometimes with additional banana or apple&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - Economy rice. Only chicken, fish and vegetables (no rice). This is an hour before badminton&lt;br /&gt;Before bed time - 2 hard boiled eggs (without yolk) and 250ml Dutch Lady Low Fat milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Wednesday&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After wake up - 2 tablets of Lipo 6X with a glass of water&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee and Pasta with 3-4 hard boiled eggs (eat 1 egg yolk and throw the remaining)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - Economy rice with pork, fish, vegetables, 1 scoop of rice and sometimes with chicken (cost me around rm7 to rm9)&lt;br /&gt;Tea Time - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6) sometimes with additional banana or apple&lt;br /&gt;Post Workout - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6)&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - Sub of the Day (Subway - Meat ball)  Lettuce, Onion, Olive and Sweet Onion Sauce with additional roast beef (RM9.80)&lt;br /&gt;Before bed time - 2 hard boiled eggs (without yolk) and 250ml Dutch Lady Low Fat milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Thursday&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After wake up - 2 tablets of Lipo 6X with a glass of water&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast - 1 cup of coffee and Pasta with 3-4 hard boiled eggs (eat 1 egg yolk and throw the remaining)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch - Economy rice with pork, fish, vegetables, 1 scoop of rice and sometimes with chicken (cost me around rm7 to rm9)&lt;br /&gt;Tea Time - Protein Shake (2 scoop of Syntha-6) sometimes with additional banana or apple&lt;br /&gt;Dinner - Economy rice.
