Fresh grad dilemma

Hey guys, I'm currently unsure of what I should do now. I've kinda made a few bad mistakes & don't know how to rectify it. I've recently graduated with a degree in accounting & finance.
I recently got a job offer as a trainee credit analyst but with my qualifications (results), I do think I deserve a better position. Thing is, when I got my job offer, I actually said no to an interview with CIMB for their management trainee programme. I actually had my mind set on the credit analyst job, but suddenly I feel like I might be able to get something better. Also, I have kinda lapse the date of an OCBC interview because the email came while I was away from home.

Anyhow my question is, I dont think there's other bank I would apply for a MT programme anymore, so my choice is to either:
1) Plead with the bank to extend the date & let me take the interview again, or
2) Just go with the offer I already have since its just my first job and its only to gain experience.
I'd like to think that its only to gain experience but on the other hand, I think my first job & company is pretty important as well ! I just feel and know like I can go further or do better Oh man, let me know your opinions please & yeah it was a silly mistake so don't shoot me for that. Thank you !

[WTA] Uses of gear for Saga.

Hey guys, do not scold me for opening the thread if you're not going to help. The problem is that, I'm currently driving an auto Saga. But then, there's like Gear D, 3, 2, L. I wonder what are gear 3 and 2 for ya? I mean how do you use it ?
And also let's say there is an traffic light in front, should I put to Gear N as soon as I stop at the light OR put Gear N when I'm like 500m away from stopping ya? Your help is much appreciated
