Management Trainee Renumerations

Hello,

I have just received an offer as HR Management Trainee in a Semi-Government Agro-based organization. Am still waiting for the offer letter to arrive, but according to the phone call that I have received regarding the position, the basic will only be RM1700

I wonder what are the standard remunerations for Management Trainee out there in the market and what are the perks usually comes with the package?

Is it true that for the whole 12 months durations, a Management Trainee only eligible for basic salary and tiny medical benefits, and no other allowances?

Need help here guys.

but some of the drivers are no working properly..
