NETWORKING PROBLEM

OK i have 2 units belkin router F5D7634 G(MODEM ROUTER) and the other one is F5D8230 N150 (router only) ..

my problem is i want to setup F5D8230 as wireless access point and not sucess, but no problem with wired (modem router connect to router via cable)...

my question is, is it no problem if that router and modem router use same SSID name?
do i need to disable DHCP on both router (only disable DHCP at access point) ??

i already inserted WLAN mac address access point on router..

router
ip addr 192.168.2.1
netmask 255.255.255.0

access point
ip addr 192.168.2.254
netmask 255.255.255.0

same SSID, same channel (i use channel 6) and Same WEP password...

when i coneected to access point i tried ping my main router..
reply from 192.168.2.254 : destination unreachable

hope some sifu's can correct me

currently i change my mobo Asus p5k-se to abit ip35-E..after finish replace all hardware i try switch on my pc..everythings on but nothing appear on my screen..i already clear cmos,take out battery (i think 20 times i do that),but problem still same..then i replace to my old mobo..suddenly same problem happen.. is it possible my proccessor dead?
