[WTA] Need contractor to renovation my house

My requirement i think is simple such as

Ground Floor

Car porch area
-Demolish existing roof and center column pool and install a new roof concrete. (Concrete Wall or Glass) which one better ? Glass will dirty right ?

Living Room
-Demolish existing windows and supply and install a new grill and aluminium glass windows. estimated size 4x4
-Demolish existing plaster ceiling and install a new one with Box light concept

Kitchen
-Demolish existing windows estimated size 4x4 (3 sets)and install new grill and aluminium glass windows

1st Floor

Master Bedroom
-New extension of master bedroom area , which follow the floor plan
-Demolish the whole toilet and rebuild a new one, no design yet, please propose
-Demolish the plaster ceiling at master bedroom and redo follow the design as per attachment box light/TV cabinet / wallpaper / mirror and others.

Family area
-demolish the prayer room wall and new extension and install new floor tiles to match existing family area extension area
-install the new roof concrete to cover the whole balcony area. (Concrete Wall or Glass) which one better ? Glass will dirty right ?

Balcony
-new extension balcony area

Paint for whole house

Timesline : 2 months
Optional
-Supply and install 2 unit Wind Turbine Ventilator
-Supply and install indoor VENTILATION

[WTA] Monitoring PC & auto recovery

Dear Sifu,

i not sure whether do you all heard heartbeat feature before which is able to auto recovery the system & management & monitor the PC

Hardware & Monitoring
-administrator need to done any changes also require to change by using USB Key, else even you under administrator level change some settle will auto recovery back the previous setting
-hard disk - anyone plug out the hard disk will alert the administrator by email with digital output to siren
-Hard disk monitoring - keep monitor the hard disk when the hard disk almost failure will auto send to administrator to notify is time to change the hard disk
-If Power failure - auto send alert to digital output Siren alert the administrator the pc has shut down
-network failure - auto send alert to digital output siren alert the administrator the network is down
-network ultization monitoring when reach 80% example : 1GB Network port , when reach 50% mean 500mbps ultization will auto alert the administrator
-Windows Blue Screen - Auto restart and recovery back all the image
-Critical application has Closed by others users - will auto re-run back the application ensure the application keep running

do you know any Rig or software able to do all this ?

Budget is ok - maybe less than 10K

Build a Workstation for my home use + CCTV Server

Requirement :

My PC
-require to open 24 hours non-stop due to i will use PC as CCTV Recording Server
-require a High Processing power due to require to do Video Analytics by CCTV software.
-require 30TB storage for CCTV only - any motherboard can plug in multi HDD ?
-require to connect with 3 LED Monitor . (mean 1 monitor keep playing CCTV Live View / another 1 playing GAMES / another 1 surf NET)

My question is

Hello, I m chuan here, i m plan to change my sport rims and tyre as well,
Currently is using 15inch sport rims with normal tyre, so now maybe want to change more nice one
maybe go for 17inch , but i scare after install 17 inch tyre and rims,
1st thing worry is about Fuel, izzit 17inch rims use more fuel?
2st thing worry is about 17inch rims and tyre izzit more noisy compare with 15inch / 50 ?

My waja Campro auto now RM70 = 400km around that , so anyone can help help, i also duno why so costly.....no change anything , when day 1 i took the car already so costly in petro

i just bought my new rig pc ...
am2 3600+
Biostar TF550
Corsair 512mb DDR2 667 x 2
Colorful 7600GS
Windows XP sp2 (updated)
Prolink H9000
I m connect internet is using Lan to modem Not USB modem !
and i m using Manual connection to internet
but i face 1 problem is the internet is when i connected to internet about few hours ,suddenly cant access any website and cant download any thing ,but my streamyx is should Streamyx Connected.....
i manually Disconnect and connect back, but still is same cant access any website
even i Restart modem also can not ...

only way to solve this problem is restart my pc,then can access internet already , but few hours ago , problem will come out again , need to restart pc again ...
why like that der....
izzit Mobo build-in LAN got problem?
TF provide Chips set got problem?
but i try to updated my Biostar TF550 build-in LAN driver also can not .
got any idea
